Error opening tftp://192.168.0.31/uc520-confg (Timed out)

hi every body, i just have my uc520 router default configuration, but
i can't perform TFTP session after that, i have no idea how come this
thing mess up like on the following.

UC520#copy running-config tftp:
Address or name of remote host []? 192.168.0.31
Destination filename [uc520-confg]?
.....
%Error opening tftp://192.168.0.31/uc520-confg (Timed out)

if somebody has experienced this trouble and solve it, fill free to share
with me, thanx...

Where is your tftp server

Where is your tftp server located. Make sure there is not a firewall blocking it if it is a Windows PC. You may have to open up a port to let tftp work. This is what I had to do using a Windows XP PC with SolarWinds TFTP server software loaded.
