Voicemail Send Options

Greetings Everyone,
I wanted to know if anyone knows how to remove or changed the voicemail send options when a caller leaves a VM for the user. I am mainly interested in when the user presses "1" to send the message normal priority. The message is sent but then the caller is transfered to the operator extension. I have tested this on my company's CCME ISR based system with the same results. It does not appear that there is an easy way to affect this change but I figured I would ask.
