Voice-mail not working

Hi
When i try to dial voice mail through message button on ip phone its just ringing to a number i dedicated to voice mail. The same thing happens when the called is busy or does not answer. Call is redirected to voice mail number and it just rings, you cannot leave a message. What seems to be the problem ?
But the mailboxes work. You can record a message on your phone and send it to other phone.
I configured this in UC500 Call manager 4.2

I also use Cisco Unity express 3.0 to create users , personal mailboxes ,general mailbox and a public distribution list.

NO i don't have a SIP dial-peer. How do i configure it ?

Do you have a sip dial-peer?

Do you have a SIP dial-peer directing traffic to your CUE module? Can you post a santitized version of your config?

I solved my problem!
i needed to configure this and now its working:
dial-peer voice 7 voip destination-pattern 205(voicemail number) session protocol sipv2 session target ipv4:10.1.10.1 dtmf-relay sip-notify codec g711ulaw no vad
