UC520 Upgrade

I have a UC520 with CME 4.0 and I just hired INX to upgrade me to the new 7.0 version.

I am curious how long this should take and how much they should be billing me.

Is this a quick reboot or is there actually a lot to it. Thanks for the guidance.

There are some variables to it, but worst case with a full CME/CUE upgrade done from the local LAN should take about 30-45 minutes. If it is being upgraded remotely you will be at the mercy of the WAN connection and it could take considerably longer. After the new files are loaded the system will need to be reboot (reloaded).

Definitely request a detailed report regarding what was upgraded, files, IOS version, etc..
