System Component List - What do you think?

Hey all,
I think I've finally settled on a component set. What do you guys think?

1 - UC520-8U-4FXO-K9 @ $2,558.95
3 - CP-7941G-RF @ $134.20/each
3 - CP-7971G-GE-RF @ 314.76/each
2 - CP-7911G-RF @ 82.35/each

By the time I add SMARTNET to everything the total package is $4362.30. Has anyone had any issue buying refurb phones from Cisco? Any other suggestions?
