Show Caller ID While Ringing Analog Phone

I am trying to set up a UC520 12.4(22)T and have it pass caller ID to an analog phone on a FXS port. The phone rings and shows "incoming call" but not caller ID information.
If I then go into the phone and view missed calls, it does show the caller ID information.

This behavior is consistent on a Uniden and a Panasonic DET 6.0 phone.

I have call blast setup to also ring a 7965 phone and that does show the proper caller ID.

Any way it can display CID while ringing? I am in USA if that makes any difference.

BTW.. the new CCA 1.9 is fantastic!!! Love the options.

One minor bug: I had the 7965 working under 1.8 and when I upgraded the 7965 showed up in error condition. The closest phone it will allow me to assign is a 7960

I did an upgrade to 12.4.(22)T at the same time as the 1.9 upgrade so the phone type error could be my fault. I also used the CLI a while back to try and tweak the backlight following instructions on this site (without success) so using the GUI and the CLI could be part of the problem.
