Several Issues

Hey Guys, newbie here. 

I'm installing my first UC520 into a home, and am running into some issues I was hoping to get some help with.  We have 10 7921 phones and 3 7975 phones.  Thanks in advance for the help!

1)       When a handset is picked up, it automatically joins line 1
-Imagine doing the following at your house....Call comes in, you press confrence, you need to remember the extension of the room you are trying to dial, then you finally get through to the room, then you have to press confrence again.  Too much!  How about the person picks up the handset and joins on line 1.
2)      Bi-Directional Intercom
-User at point (a) initiates a intercom.  User at point (b) hears it, and responds to it hands free.  This can also be used as a baby monitor.
3)      Create Bi-directional intercom list under directory
-Add the entire list of rooms to a directory so it is easily viewed
4)      Process Call Waiting
-If you have a call come in on the line and "beep the line" how do you "Flash" between lines.
