Remote site with vpn issue

I have a uc520 running easy vpn with a pix 501 setup at remote site. At the remote site I can ping 10.1.1.1 and 10.1.10.1 but not 192.168.10.1. I have a feeling this is why the phones register and can make calls but I have no audio.
How do I get the remote site to see 192.168.10.1 ?
Also how would it look like in the split tunnel config on the uc520 for the vpn from the pix501. Do I just go into the cca for the uc520 and add 192.168.10.0/24 10.1.10.0/24 and 10.1.1.0/24 to the gui under split tunnel? basicly remote site has no internet access.
