How to configure voicemail?

I'm configuring our UC520 with two kind of phones (7940 & 7941). Dailing in and out works like a charm, even got the CTU ringtone to the boss's delight. But I'm stuck at voicemail. I can't access the CUE web interface "http://10.1.10.1" at all, which is where voicemail is managed?

I went back to factory config to check that my config wasn't in the way. That didn't help.

Yes, this should be the default adress for CUE.
Do you have a route to 10.1.10.1 in your config?
