External access to voicemail over SIP trunk.

If I call into the UC500 and it goes to voicemail the call gets disconnected. Internal calls are routed to voice mail as expected. When I run a debug the only things of any note are 302 Moved Temporarily and 400 Bad Request Malformed CC-Diversion/Diversion/CC-Redirect Header. I assume this is the issue but how do I fix it?

CME supports SIP 302 messages,

CME supports 302 messages, but I do not believe that CUE does.

Try the following.

conf t
voice service voip
no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
no supplementary-service sip refer
