CCA 2.2 Telephony Setup Wizard crash at 99%

Hi all,
Hope you can help. Attended client this arfo and it is our first time using CCA2.2, unfortunately it stopped/crashed/hung at 99% with no error :( I thought this issue was meant to be cleared up in 2.1? Anyone had this issue with 2.2?
Anyway logged a call with Cisco TAC but unfortunately the technician I got doesn't understand what the issue is, he thinks it is a process issue that is running at 99%....so I went through 'show processes cpu' for him to say its only at 5% and to email when I see it above 80%
Please any guidance to troubleshooting this would would help greatly :)
I am running Windows 7, firewalls are off, other NICs disabled.
The IOS is 12.4(20)...sorry don't remember the T#. Unfortunately the reason for using CCA comes from above as I would perf CLI but not an option
Not using any localisation files...just a plain vanilla install with a VWIC T1/E1 for an ISDN line in Australia.
The config was partial with a 'show run'

Sorry for the lateness on this...very busy!!
Ok it was Windows 7!!!! rrrghh. I installed "Windows XP Mode" and it worked a treat!!
You should know if it is freezing at 99%, you should run it again! You can verify this by checking that the username and password have changed from the default cisco/cisco to the one you specified (that is what I found).
I know this issue when you
I know this issue when you try to configure a network other than 192.168.10.0. Configure the5xx UC with default network settings should work fine.
After a basic configuration do a serial connection to your system.
do a:
conf t
!interface BVI1 description $FW_INSIDE$ ip address 192.168.xxx.1 255.255.255.0 ip access-group 101 in!

I had the same issue, and
I had the same issue, and about the time I went to kill the wizard it poped up and said finished. I think I waited at 99% for like 30 min before trying to kill it.
Hey guys, this is an issue
Hey guys, this is an issue with the dial plan settings. I am not sure of the dial plan settings for Australia, but I know that there are some dial plans that cause this hangup. I was instructed by TAC to change the dial plan to North America 10 digit, this worked. Then once the wizard completed I went back in and adjusted the dial plan to what it needs to be. This is a known issue that Cisco is working on.
