Cue 8.02 not able to acces CME

Cisco Releases software pack 8.0.4 for the UC500 series

Cisco has released version 8.0.4 of the UC500 software pack. (8.0.3 never made it out of beta)
This version updates IOS to version 15.0(1)XA3a. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express stays at 8.0 and Unity Express moves from version 7.1.3 to 8.0.2.  To install this software pack you will need at a minimum version 2.2.5 of Cisco Configuration Assistant.

I have an issue where I have call queuing working for a huntgroup of 2 for testing, later this will be a different 2 extensions and it appears to work perfectly.

I know that you can configure / set up a UC520 using the following methods:
 
1.  Direct Connection to serial port on UC520, and use CLI.

How do you configure a UC520?  I know that you can use CCA.  You can use CLI.  You can log into 10.1.10.1 and use CUE GUI.

ok, I've done all searches and read posts pertaining to NTP and the CUE. I've both reset the CUE and done a complete power cycle to the UC520. I cannot get CUE to sync time with the UC520.

I'm configuring our UC520 with two kind of phones (7940 & 7941). Dailing in and out works like a charm, even got the CTU ringtone to the boss's delight. But I'm stuck at voicemail.

Hi,

After upgrade my system to 7.0.2 and CUE to 3.2.1 French.
We i login on the CUE GUI i can't have access to extention and phone tab.
That is the message that i receive :

Tip - disable voicemail caller prompts

Just something I found may be useful for someone else.

To disable voicemail caller prompts in cue:

no voicemail conversation caller recording-prompt

when a person is put through to voicemail, all they hear is the user recorded prompt, and not the additional system generated stuff e.g. ‘when you are done hang up’ etc etc.

I had a REALLY tough time figuring this out, so I thought it would be better to tell everyone that cares how I did finally get the UC520 that I own from CUE v 2.3.4 to 3.0.3
