Bug issues with UC 560?

Please i need help!!! Are there any known bug issues with the cisco UC560 boxes? I recently deployed the complete SBCS solution for two client and had several annoying issues;
 
1. After installation everything was fine and the users on the lan could browse, then for no reason they all just stopped browsing, i remover the inspection rule, they still cant browse, i had to reset the whole system back to factory default and did the whole configuration again, before i could get the systems on the lan to browse. Now i got another call today, that the problem is back again. Anyone else experienced this same issues?
 
2. Sometimes the phones are finding it difficult to connect, then if it does connect and comes up, it does so only after a very long time. I probably dont understand anymore, but please can someone please help me.

Now i have an issue with another site where i also deployed this same system, some users can connect to the internet, while some of them can not. What gives?
