Hi I got this working. Message Notification. When someone left a message in my mailbox and voicemail message will be delivered to my E-mail box as an WAV attachment. But the problem is. After voicemail message has been sent. How can it be removed from mailbox. Is there any way we can make it be removed immediately after it has been sent? Many Thanks Best Regards Kevin |

Make it a GDM so you can
Make it a GDM so you can configure it to not light the phone MWI
Set message expiry to 1 day
Yes. That was done by E-mail
Yes. That was done by E-mail notification under user. and through our exchange server.
I have been told we can use IMAP to get voice message out from CUE. But we don't want to configure this IMAP in everyone's outlook. We just want to make thing like someone left message in Sales mailbox. Then sent to Sales@ourcompany.com
Is there any better way we can do this?
Many Thanks
not being a MS Exchange
not being a MS Exchange guru, I'm not sure if you can do this, but get exchange to poll the CUE through IMAP and push to the correct mailbox....... alternately, have a basic mail client running on a server or workstation that is set to talk to CUE via IMAP and then a rule to forward any messages to the sales@.......... mailbox.
If Exchange can do it that that would be a more elegant solution, but having a single email client configured for IMAP that then forwards messages to the correct exchange mailbox will probably work as well
SMTP vs. IMAP
I'm assuming that you're set it up to push via SMTP to your mail server?? Because using IMAP will mark it as read and remove it from your voicemail inbox.
