On demand CFA

I've got a setup where the customer requires to be able to call-forward all their calls at any random time to any random number. The users are just a small office that leave the office some days and wish to divert the incoming pstn number to any external phone number such as the last person to leave the office will divert the phones to their mobile.

Unfortunately I'm not running a key-system config, I think I could do it with that enabled just by pressing the line button and enabling cfa on it.

The setup I do have is 2 x BRI's, 4 dn's are mapped as shared lines to multiple buttons on 7931 handsets, the incoming dialled number is cfa'd on busy status to the next shared line on the handset.

Any idea's ?

Night Service

The way that I have worked around that in the past is to create another ephone-dn that is CFA to a mobile or voicemail and set it with night service bell.

So then when the agent pushes the night service code, all incoming calls will route to the night service bell ephone-dn and then push it to the relevant destination.

I guess that if you added the night service ephone-dn to a reception console as a shared line, they can select the line, do CFA to the required mobile number and then use the night service code to route all incoming calls to that ephone-dn which will then push it to the mobile.

Thanks

Thanks Shane, I'll give it a go today and see if it works.

I just worked out I can also push the "Line 1" button (ephone-dn of one of the incoming lines) and hit the Cfwdall button as well, I'm hoping the solution will be as simple as that.

No doubt if 2 or more calls come in at the same time it wont cfwdall on the other lines, but just 1 line is good enough for us.
