can u check the latency and jitter on phone

You can check the latency and jitter by pressing the ? key on the communicator while you are on a call(using an IP communicator). Please do check the ping test to the other end of the VPN peer from your end with an extended PING.

If you do a ping test . . .

Ifyou peform a ping over the vpn to you CME box what type of latentcy are you getting?

Cisco states that results of over 150ms will give poorer quality. In my experience average latentcy of up to 200ms has worked ok.

What type of connections do you have on each end of the VPN?
