CUE Web GUI - Real Time Reporting

Has anyone gotten this feature to work? When I click it a new window opens, JAVA loads some files and the applet states started and it never shows anything, besides a grey screen.

JVM Version

This has to do with the JVM they are running on the system. Could you somehow find out what Java VM is running on the client PC? It should work fine with Sun 1.3 & 1.4.
