The version of CUE that came with my UC500 is 2.3.1 and the version of CUE Editor I have is 3.0.1. I was told by TAC that the version of CUE Editor has to match the version of CUE. That didn't seem right to me just wondered if anyone else had similar experiences. The reason why I called TAC was becuase when I change the "Time of Day" setting on one of their sample scripts it stops working. Also, is it a problem upgrading the verison of CUE on the UC500 to 3.0? |

The most current version of CUE for the UC520 is . . .
The most current version of CUE for the UC520 is 2.3.4. Unity Express 3.0 is not yet supported on the UC500 platform. You can Download 2.3.4 or even 2.3.1 from the Cisco download site, the script editor comes in the .zip package. If you want to put 2.3.4 on your UC520, download the Uc520 support Package 4.2(5) and use the Cisco Configuration Assistant to upgrade both CallManager Express and Unity Express on your box to the current supported version for the platform.
Hope that helps,
