I am interested in developing applications that communicate and integrate with the UC 500 system for SMBs. Can anyone tell me what is required to do this or is it possible? I assume Express has limitations versus full-blown call manager. I'm looking for any reference guides, SDKs, APIs, information on this possibility. Your help would be greatly appreciated. I also have a request into Cisco's Developer Tech program. |

Check out this book on IP Phone services
It is a bit dated, but developing IP Phones services is pretty much the same for CallManager and Call Manager Express / Uc500. The book does come with some sample services for you to use.
