Configure expansion 7914 on a 7961

I have a 7914 connected to a 7961 and I have defined it:

type 7961 addon 1 7914

I get the lines in the display but nothing else. I was under the impression that the 7914 would automaticly make a list of the users in the UC?

All the 7914 does is add

All the 7914 does is add extra line buttons to your IP phone, nothing else. Therefore you need to configure it just like you would any other line (button).

You also need latest firmware for the 7914 loaded as well. I guess the UC500 probably already comes with it loaded.
