Configure Dial Plan to NEW UC500

Hello, my name is Francisco, I work in ADN Consulting, We are cisco select partners and of course UC500 distribuitors. We have 2 of them one to us and one to customer demos, now our UC500 has a VIC2-2FXO to increase the PSTN lines. I have a fixed dial plan to chose specific paths depending of the prefix and so on. This configured by CLI because you know in CCA 1.8 and previous versions this is not possible. now in the new 1.9 (GREAT!!!) I see is possible to configure th dial plan but for example: if i create a dial plan with prefix 9044614 (for celular calls) and the try to chose the port, the configuration just allow me to use 'all-FXO' lines, this is not convenient for me. do you know how can I configure this? because configure all dial plan rules by CLI is very 'MEDIEVAL' method, secure and robust but not efficient to do with my customers.
this is my actual dial plan:

According to Cisco, this is
According to Cisco, this is supported outside the CCA application using the CLI.
I believe there is a way to make an ASCI text file and import it into the CLI to do a batch configuration, if that would help.
