CCME Web GUI Problem

The CCME web interface on my UC520 looks like this: http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/4175/ccmeproblemxg2.jpg
The path is set to flash: and all of the files can be read by the command line.  The stupid thing just refuses to serve them up.  What can I do????

Hmm - Jeremy, do you have something like Norton Internet Security or perhaps another "virus" like that installed?
