Calls ringing on the extension after disconnecting on uc520 FXO

Anyone with a suggestion on suca problem? I would really appreciate.
This problem to me is really interesting as I have never experienced such before. Before, I had confiured cptone to KE, which changes the impedance to 600real but calls ring once and disconnect on the extension only. after clearing this one, now its ringing continously on the extension even after disconnecting the call by the caller.
