Hi Everyone,

I've configured a UC500 system to have a GDM (very standard) and it works fine.
The only thing I can't to make work is the caller-ID functionnality.

When someone calls the office, I can see the caller's phone number (caller-id is therefore enabled on the line), but when it goes to the GDM (when not picked-up), the system always tagged the message coming from an "Undefined" number.
So when we listen the message, I don't get the number of the person who left the message.

Is this a normal behavior? I am not suppose to get the number readed out to me?

I must add that I'm using this system in Australia and I therefore added the "cptone AU" to the analogue lines I'm using with the system.

I've enabled caller-id on the voicemail with the following command: "voicemail callerid"

What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.
