Caller Id not working with cisco ip phones

Hey guys I'm new to this site so I'm gonna ask a simple question. Lol
We recently switched over from an Option 81 Nortel/Meridian PBX system to cisco ip system on our outlying buildings. The problem we are having is that all internal incoming calls from an existing Nortel phone doesn't show up on the cisco phones caller id. We've looked in the customer data block and can't seem to find anything out of place. I'm new to telephony systems so please try and cut me some slack. Lol
Thanks to you all in advance for any input.

You do not have to turn

You do not have to turn anything on with the Cisco to be able to see Caller ID so the Nortel system has to be where the issue is... like it is not configured to send caller ID or something.... or it is being blocked before the Cisco phone system. People always ask this question with the phone company and the issue is that Caller ID is provided by the phone company (and they didn't pay for caller ID or something) and not that the Cisco systems phone system is blocking it.
