I just installed my first UC520 and I'm having an issue with the Display Name on Caller ID. Cisco TAC has reviewed the logs from the Debug output and said that the issue is with the carrier. Really what I'm looking for is to see if anyone else has ran into a issue with the Display Name on incoming calls? On the debug output I'm seeing some extra hex in front of the display name. |

Do you have a ISDN PRI or
Do you have a ISDN PRI or POTS lines?
If ISDN PRI, add the following under the PRI serial interface:
isdn supp-service name calling
If POTS, add the following under each FXO voice port:
caller-id enable
This is assuming that your provider is sending Caller-ID?
ISDN PRI
We're using a ISDN PRI. The Display Caller ID is being sent in the display element from the provider. I had the isdn supp-service name calling in the serial interface, but all that did was complete remove the display name from the phones.
