Hi everyone!
I have a little ans simple question for you guys...I just got a UC500 unit and we've started to configure the basic things...call forwarding, intercom, music on hold, wallpaper, extension numbers, etc...but we can't configure the "call waiting" on the phones (7931), we use the UC as a PBX and before we had a regular telephone, and when we talked on the phone we can hear the second call in the headset, but now, we the UC500 we hear the second call, but we dont know how get that call and put in hold the other one. I know, may be is a simple thing...so, somebody know how I can do that?

you can also do call waiting ring
For call waiting as jbt stated the ephone must be configured as a dual line - (This is a default with CCA configurations)
You then can use the hold softkey or button on the phone and then the answer softkey to pickup the next call.
FYI
You can also make the phone ring rather than use call waiting beeps.
under the ephone configuration in the command line make it look like this
ephone 1 dual-line
call-waiting ring
......
......
......

The weird thing is that I can hear the ring for the call waiting, is just I don't know how I can put on hold the "first" call and take the "second" call.. because on my ephone 7931 I have the softkey "hold" and the button "hold" but when I press that key, I don't get on the panel the "answer" softkey. I have only the "answer" softkey when I take the "first" call.
