When a caller calls in the receptionist, then she transfers the caller to the end user's extension, the end-user recieves an announcment from the receptionist's extenstion when checking voicemail.
I'm having a strange problem with one of my UC500 installs. Voice mail messages are intermittently being cut off after 30 seconds.
For anyone using both a cell phone in connection with the UC500.
Is it possible to hide the appearance of a cell phone.
For example.
I have a single hunt group with 3 members and an AA as the final in my huntlist. The second ephoe-dn in the hunt group cannot receive internal transfers (yes, when the phone is idle).
When listening to a voicemail and selecting the option to forward it, users are asked to type the last,first name of the recipient, then given the option to press ## to enter an extension numerically.
I'm looking for a way to have Exchange pull the IMAP voice mail (.wav files) automatically from the UC520 and then deliver to a specific user's exchange mailbox.
