Upgrade Error with CCA

I upgraded a customer's UC520 with CCA 2.0.1 to v 7.0.3 using my laptop and it went great.  I then went to a different customer and did the same thing and the upgrade failed with the following

I'd like to know if it is possible to recreate the proper content of a Compact Flash for UC520 starting with the UC520-7.0.2.zip file from Cisco.

I have a UC520 with CME 4.0 and I just hired INX to upgrade me to the new 7.0 version.

I am curious how long this should take and how much they should be billing me.
