UC500.com Cisco CallManager Express, UC500 reference

We are currently in the planning stages before purchasing a UC520.

A couple of the managers want there names removed from the dial by name to stop the solicitations that come into them.

Is there any way to do that?

We have a UC500 24 user system with 15 local 7960's and two remote 7960's. The head site has a Cisco Pix 520 6.3(5) and the remote site has an ASA5405 7.X . The vpn tunnel comes up fine.

I have a small business on a UC520 system. I havent figured out how to setup a general delivery mailbox.

I'm having a strange problem with one of my UC500 installs. Voice mail messages are intermittently being cut off after 30 seconds.

Hopefully someone can help me with this. I'm a CCNA and highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer, but have no previous experience in Cisco Voice.

Use FXO ports instead of BRI ports

Lets say you have 4 offices each with a UC520 or ISR running Unity Express.

Just wanted to let you guys know I ran into a BUG with Mobility server and UC500. It seems that you can not use Autoattendant with Mobility. It needs to be a direct inward dial (DID) number only.
