I have a customer that when the receptionist is on one call, and another call comes through. Utilising call waiting, the receptionist places the first call on hold and answers the call.

When I transfer a call to an extension and let the call timeout, it transfers to silence. All ephone-dns are forwarding to 234 (voicemail) if busy or noan.

Hello guys.
I'm a rank beginner who is trying to set up a 48 unit UC520 to replace our existing phone system. All the basics I need work, but a few nagging issues.
I have a single hunt group with 3 members and an AA as the final in my huntlist. The second ephoe-dn in the hunt group cannot receive internal transfers (yes, when the phone is idle).
