Transferring calls - Strange issue

I have a customer that when the receptionist is on one call, and another call comes through. Utilising call waiting, the receptionist places the first call on hold and answers the call.

When I transfer a call to an extension and let the call timeout, it transfers to silence. All ephone-dns are forwarding to 234 (voicemail) if busy or noan.

Internal Transfers Failing to Hunt Group Member

I have a single hunt group with 3 members and an AA as the final in my huntlist. The second ephoe-dn in the hunt group cannot receive internal transfers (yes, when the phone is idle).

Call transfers from CIPC on UC520

I'm having some difficulty doing call transfers from the CIPC. Transfers work as expected on the hard phones (ie. 7971). CIPC version is 2.1.1.0.

Any confirmation/ advise on this issue?
