After numerous numerous issues with bandwidth.com sip trunks, their lack of customer service, porting nightmares, non-commitment to SLA’s and repeated issues with poor audio quality and one way audio,

Has anyone used Bandwidth.com SIP trunks with a UC520? I am having a weird issue with one-way audio on outgoing calls only.
