Want to change the extension numbers. Downloaded working script and opened in script editor. Opened properties in Main Menu and changed the extension numbers (checkboxes) for each extension.

Creating a schedule for auto attendants

Can someone give me a good way to setup a Auto Attendant to work on a schedule. I can not find a nice way to do this in the CCA, and i am not really familiar with the Cisco CUE editor.

Configuration Example - Ring a Group of phones and then autoattendant if no answer.

Here is a configuration example of how to get a group of phones to work and then go to auto attendant if there is no answer. The example is for FXO ports (but can be done for PRI as well).

Quick question...when recording custom prompts using the AvT system, do those prompts "go live" as soon as you are done, or can you then apply them via the web GUI at a later time?

What is the number of automated attendants the UC500 can have? What about max sessions? is it 6?
