The SBCS team is proud to announce four new third party applications compatible with SBCS 1.5:

Allscripts Integration - Communications Solution for the Healthcare sector

Telrex Call Recording - Call recording and monitoring using CallRex Server

ISI Call Accounting - Call Detail Records processing and interpretation

Solarwinds ipMonitor - Network monitoring application

Cisco is also promoting a basic ratings system to help partners quickly qualify applications and understand the implications of deploying it and supporting it. Partners and customers are welcome to rate each application and share their experience with the broader community.
